We hope you will enjoy visiting our web site and purchasing our products as much as we enjoyed providing them for you.All measurements are approximate....I typically measure from the highest part to the low end, and width from widest ends....please keep this in mind when looking at the sizes and measurements.    ~USING MOLDS: Using your mold to achieve your finished product is your responsibility. Please know your mediums, such as soap and wax formulas before buying a mold. I will be happy to assist you with any information, but I am not a teacher. Please understand that I make the molds and I am not a professional soap or chandler.Also, always remember, that the weight of your finished pieces may vary depending on your formulas and mediums you use. The approximate measurements provided in all descriptions are typically measured from the highest and widest points of the finished product. It is up to you to  do a test pour with UNSCENTED & NO COLORING soap/wax when receiving any mold you purchase and to preform a test pour. No refunds.If there is a problem,you will be given an  exchange on the same mold. .The test pour is very important.Just looking inside a mold thinking oh this can't be right, is not the way molds works.  Returns are accepted only if there is a defect in the mold. If there is any concern of a defect or flaw, you MUST contact me with 3 days of receiving the item. Delivery confirmation will show the date you received it.I will not accept any molds returned if there was scent or coloring used. in the mold.Each mold is made on an order paid basis.Materials are very exspensive to make each mold and we can not and will not return if there are no flaws/defects in the mold.If a mold is authorized to be returned then we pour test the mold and see no defects,the mold will be returned to you.We do not refund or exchange on a "I changed my mind or its not the size,I wanted,etc" basis.NO CASH REFUNDS!We honor an exchange for mold of the same mold.   ~ Prices: Prices do not include shipping and handling Prices are subject to change. We are not responsible for any print or online errors. 6% sales tax will be charged on shipments made with in the state of Pa.   ~Payments: Made via PayPal, check, or money order. Shipments will be processed after payment is received in full. No personal checks please.       ~ Shipping and Handling Policy: Customer pays shipping and handling on all orders. Due to rate increases and per minimum density rules put in place by Postal Services, shipping costs are calculated after purchases. When your order is ready for shipment we will send a Pay Pal money request for shipping charges. Thank you for your understanding. We attempt to ship your order within 4 buisness days. Your order will be shipped on or shortly after receiving full payment of the order. If you have not received your shipped order with in two weeks, contact us. ~ Shipping Note:  Shipping rates I do combine shipping to save you money but because each item has a  different weight and you are purchasing multiple product please wait for me to adjust the shipping I do ship using PRIORITY MAIL Parcel Post is available also  Insurance is your responsibility I do ship WORLDWIDE  Please wait for me to figure postage before sending payment. ~ Return Policy: All molds are test poured and inspected before they are shipped. This has always been our policy. I want to always assure my customers of the best quality molds without defects or material flaws. It is up to you to  do a test pour with unscented soap/wax when receiving any mold you purchase. You will be responsible for postal cost for return and the mold must be mailed postmark will be verification within 2 days of receiving your authorization to make the return. When I receive the mold, I will then test pour it myself. If there is deemed a material flaw/defect, I will then  replacement the exact  mold with no shipping cost to ship back to you. Replacement mold will be shipped within 3 business days to you. I do not take returns if you are unable to use certain waxes/soaps in the molds. There are many waxes/soap blends out there, so please know your materials before you buy a mold. I will NOT accept any molds returned if there was scent or coloring used,so please always due a test pour without scent or coloring.
